The Men's 1st XI represents the highest level of hockey at Stockton Hockey Club, competing in the Yorkshire & North East Premier League.
Over recent seasons, the team has established itself as one of the strongest sides in the region, narrowly missing out on promotion in each of the last two campaigns after finishing runners-up on both occasions.
With a talented squad, strong team culture and a clear ambition to keep progressing, the Men's 1st XI is determined to achieve the next milestone, becoming the first North East club side to gain promotion into the National League structure.
The team combines high-level competitive hockey with the values that define Stockton Hockey Club: commitment, development and pride in representing the club.

Manager - Phil Molyneux
Manager - Phil Molyneux
Phil begins his third season as Men's 1st XI Team Manager, having guided the team to consecutive second-place finishes in his first two campaigns in charge.
Bringing valuable National League experience to Stockton, Phil has developed a team built around a high-intensity, attacking style of hockey. His teams are known for their high pressing approach, energy and commitment to playing an entertaining brand of hockey.
Captain - James Tompkinson
Captain - James Tompkinson
James is one of the senior figures in a talented and youthful Men's 1st XI squad. Entering his 19th season with the team and his fifth season as captain, he brings a wealth of experience, leadership and knowledge to the group.
A true Stockton Hockey Club through and through, James has represented the club with pride throughout his career and continues to play a key role both on and off the pitch. Alongside leading the Men's 1st XI, James also serves as Club Chairman, helping shape the future direction and continued growth of Stockton Hockey Club.
